anxiety.

You have ups and downs and sometimes you’ll go weeks at a time where you’ll be crushing it and there’ll be no anxiety, you’re fine.. and then something will happen that can trigger it and then you’ll have maybe a couple of down days you know.. you have your ups and downs but the most important thing is to remember that you’re the least alone, everybody has this. Talk to your loved ones, reach out to people, your friends, reach out to each other. There’s so many people who feel that way so it’s comforting to not be afraid, reach out and talk about it.

It feels so silly because I feel like that luckiest, most blessed girl in the world. I almost feel guilty that I have it but.. it’s in your head, it’s so crazy how powerful it is. No matter how good things are it can just totally change everything so it takes hard work and practice and therapy and self care and so much love ♡
