“I am stronger than I feel.” That’s the mantra that encouraged and inspired me to use daily affirmations. To keep my head up, my heart open, and my hope alive.
In short, positive affirmations are statements that are repeated to encourage and uplift the person speaking them.
For me, affirmations help support whatever else I’m doing to try and heal. To add more power to my positive affirmation I like to write it down as I speak it. Here are some of my favourites. I hope they help and encourage you too x
I am grounded.
I am loved.
I am enough.
