Posting about my MH doesn’t solve any of my problems nor is it a replacement for therapy. I’ve found that it can soothe me and acts as a release; it feels good to get a positive response when I post. The people who do respond get it.
It’s almost like now I have a mental illness, mental illness doesn’t have me! I can’t stress to you enough, talking about it is one of the biggest ways you can take back control. The way to end stigma is to keep the conversation going. Don’t deny yourself. You are important! Take care x
