My top 3 books

I used to love getting lost in a good book but since my accident, overwhelmed by all the words on the page, I struggle to stay focused. Thankfully, thanks to audible I can still enjoy and instead, listen to my favourite books 🙂

Whenever I’m having trouble calming my mind, I pick a story and I’m asleep in minutes.

Here are my top 3 books I enjoy listening to:

Bryony Gordons: Mad Girl. Shining a light on the darkness. A powerful book that will open your eyes, break your heart and put it back together.

Eckhart Tolle: The Power of Now. I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again – – if you struggle with anxiety/apprehension/thinking about the past/future, I HIGHLY recommend this book.

Mrs Hinch: Hinch Yourself Happy. Relatable AF. It’s currently my go to audiobook when I wake in the night, I instantly feel happy and relaxed when I hit play. Cleaning has always soothed my soul so I’m thrilled to have a bible filled with the best tips.
