Do we use anxiety as an excuse?

Why do we always take 1 step forward 2 steps back in terms of mental health?

I think people genuinely forget anxiety is an actual human emotion, however there is a difference from when someone is ‘anxious’ compared to some with Generalised Anxiety Disorder. Just a reminder that if you worry for an exam or worry for a job interview, anything like that you don’t have GAD. You are anxious. That is normal. 

That being said, it’s great to talk about anything that you’re worrying about/struggling with.

Don’t hide it, talk about it💛
