I’ve suffered with anxiety for the longest time and always thought I was coping well. A serious MVA in 2016 was the turning point for me. My anxiety increased dramatically and I spent a lot of time reflecting, overthinking. It took a while but eventually, I reached out for help and I can honestly say WHAT A RELIEF!
